BALCONY
The project is a 150 sqm restaurant divided into three main spaces, each one very different from the other, creating distinct atmospheres within the same place. The concept was developed with collaboration and guidance provided by the chef and in line with the ideas on the menu and ambiance, he looked for in the design.
The primary focus was to create an earthy and minimal atmosphere with minimum distraction and balance it with the refinement of details, whilst integrating organic materials inspired by the restaurant's organic food.
The highlighted space in the project is the “Cozy Room” featuring a suspended wooden bench, white brick walls, vintage brick flooring, and full-height windows that can open up to the street and create a welcoming open-air space that blurs the line between interior and exterior.
