SERI PAJAM DEVELOPMENT

Seri Pajam is a sustainable and affordable property developer. We were commissioned to design their new office in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The design aimed to create a pleasant spatial experience for promoting their products and communicating with colleagues, external advisors, and clients, an interior that encourages movement as well as information exchange.

The office incorporates reception, shared and private offices, meeting rooms, discussion areas, and a coffee bar. As a sustainable development, the client intended to obtain the LEED certification for the interior design, therefore a delicate balance between aesthetic aspiration and technical requirements was crucial. The result is a modern, high-end interior that provides an inspiring and sustainable work environment where both employees and clients feel welcome right away.
